We have invested in technology and systems to ensure that we have robust processes in place to cope with any situation such as this. All our team can work remotely and access our full systems within a secure IT environment. Put simply, we expect to remain fully operational.
If you have a meeting booked with your Adviser, or would ordinarily be due to meet in the coming weeks, we will contact you as normal to agree if and how this can proceed. These meetings can be fulfilled by telephone or online video conferencing where necessary.
We want to reassure you that the plans that we have put in place are designed to minimise the impact on our clients and team while continuing to conduct business as usual.
